TubeMilestone ("we", "us") helps YouTube creators track progress toward the YouTube Partner Program thresholds (1,000 subscribers, 4,000 watch hours) and generates AI-written reports based on their own channel data. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Google account info: your name, email address, and profile picture, via Google Sign-In.
• YouTube channel data: read-only access to your channel's public video metadata, view counts, watch time, subscriber count, audience retention, and country-level analytics, via the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API.
• Screenshots you upload: if you upload a YouTube Studio audience-activity chart, the image is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and is not stored after the report is generated.
• Billing info: if you subscribe, payment details are collected and stored directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

What we never do

• We request read-only YouTube access. We cannot post, upload, edit, or delete anything on your channel.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Why we collect it

Solely to show your progress toward monetization and to generate your weekly AI report (which video is performing best, why, and what to do next). Your channel data is also sent to Anthropic's Claude API as part of generating that report.

Where it's stored

Account and channel data is stored in Google Firestore. Report content is generated by Anthropic's Claude API. Subscription and payment data is handled by Stripe. We do not run our own servers beyond Netlify's serverless functions that connect these services together.

Your controls

• You can revoke TubeMilestone's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" button in the app.
• To request full deletion of your account data, email us at the address below.
