By using TubeMilestone, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

TubeMilestone connects to your YouTube account (read-only) to show your progress toward the YouTube Partner Program thresholds and to generate a plain-English, AI-written report based on your real channel data. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

Trial and billing

• New accounts get one free report, no card required. It unlocks 7 days after signup, once we have a week of data on your channel.
• After your free report, continuing to get weekly reports requires a paid subscription at $4.99/month, billed via Stripe — each payment covers 4 weekly reports before the next billing cycle.
• Subscribers can generate a new report no more than once every 7 days.
• You can cancel anytime from the "Manage subscription" button in the app, or the "Cancel subscription" link in the footer of any page (visible once you're signed in with an active subscription). Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
• Cancelling opens Stripe's billing portal, where you confirm the cancellation in a second step. You'll receive an email confirming the date and time of your request.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We only request read-only YouTube access and can never post, edit, or delete anything on your channel.

No guarantees

TubeMilestone provides analysis and suggestions based on your own data — we don't guarantee you'll reach 1,000 subscribers or 4,000 watch hours, or any specific outcome. Report content is AI-generated and may occasionally be inaccurate; use your own judgment.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
