What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your access remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your data and report history stay in your account — you can log back in and see past reports any time. You won't be able to generate new reports or use the channel optimizer until you resubscribe. Report Pack credits are tied to your account and don't expire, so they remain available whether you're subscribed or not.
